Booking & Deposit
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your move date. The remaining balance is due after loading and before unloading at the destination. Prices quoted are estimates; final price may vary based on actual move time and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are issued for cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled move time. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
Liability
Red Sea Movers is licensed and insured in the State of Texas (TxDMV). Our liability for damaged items is limited to $0.60 per pound per article under standard coverage. Full-value protection is available upon request at additional cost.
Prohibited Items
We cannot transport hazardous materials, flammables, firearms, perishable food, or pets. Please arrange separate transport for these items.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
